I called because I was Trying to find out some details about my policy and a claim, and how it would affect my rates. I wasn't home, so I needed to call on the way back from the body shop while consulting with my partner on how a claim would affect our budget and any other things associated with the filing that we were feeling very much in the dark about. Jenny answered all of our questions that she could initially, and then went above and beyond by finding out extensive details from different departments within the insurance company to make sure we had a full picture of the financial impact and possibility of rates changing. When it was all said and done we spoke on the phone several different times. She made sure we got all of the answers that we needed to make an informed decision on how we wanted to proceed. She also filled us in on the State Farm dividend program that we had never heard of. Knowing that that money was coming in as a result would actually make it possible for us to just stick with State Farm throughout this process. That was something that I'm completely sure she didn't need to inform us about but it was really, really helpful and one of the determining factors in how he decided to proceed anyway."
